Nene
Overland, trading since 1988 has been built on the back of good old fashioned
values shaped out of the atmosphere of a family farming business started
in the 1920s by Andrew’s grandfather who
had also diversified dealing in farm machinery, light commercials and Land
Rovers! Andrew soon realised after travelling and working around the world
for two years in his early twenties, that sadly UK agriculture was to become
under pressure from cheap plentiful imported food, reduction of support
and political pressures, so there was a need to take the farming business

With a passion for all things Land Rover, travel and off road, already dealing in farm machinery, Nene Overland was open for business while the farm was reorganised to become more efficient to adapt to ever changing markets and reduced farm gate prices. Over the years while Nene Overland developed into one of the leading none franchised Land Rover specialists in the UK. Manor Farm has continued to adapt, now growing 300 acres of organic vegetables with a further 300 acres of cereal crops.
With staff of 14 supporting Andrew, Nene Overland can cover all your requirements, Vehicle sales headed by Tony Fullagar and Andrew supplying 350 plus new-used vehicles annually. The service department headed by Mick Wright who looks after the workshop with the support of Kurt Garbutt and 5 technicians can cover all routine servicing, repair – refurb and reconditioning work on all Land Rover products from 1948 to date plus all Japanese 4x4s new or used.
Don’t forget that Nene Overland can service all new vehicles under 3 years or still in manufactures warranty period without affecting your warranty!
Nene Overland parts – equipment and expedition equipment department is headed by Kevin Mackman with support from David Rickett who manages the general parts stores. Nene can supply any parts and accessories, genuine or pattern for most makes of 4x4. If you are looking for expedition and vehicle preparation then talk to Kevin. Nene Overland also has a roof tent and rack dept with a dedicated ‘rooftent.co.uk’ web site run by TJ with support from Kevin, David and the rest of the sales team.

Vehicle hire for short to medium term is also available, talk to Tony or
Andrew for quotations and availability. Nene Overland also has a body repair
centre based in Peterborough with new paint oven and insurance linked repair
