20th Anniversary Celebrations!
Yes it really is 20 years since Andrew started dabbling in the used Land Rover market! Nene Overland was born out of a passion for all things Land Rover and the need to diversify from mainstream farming, moulding the start of Nene Overland. As you can see the Land Rover thing kicked off early. Andrew with spanner in hand ready for a bit of maintenance! To celebrate 1988-2008 a party weekend is planned.

June 28th-29th Weekend of Parties, Camping, Fun and Off-Roading
Anyone who knows Andrew of old will remember all the wild parties in the days of young farmers etc so it is no surprise that any excuse for a party and all that, so get ready for a great weekend at Nene Overland.
Due to a huge effort and investment within the company over the past 12 months there will be an open day during normal trading hours 8.30am to 4.00pm on Saturday 28th June, giving staff the opportunity to show friends and customers new and old round all the Nene Overland facilities. There will be a chance to talk to the Nene team about all of their products and services. Andrew has also invited Twisted performance, Nene Valley off road, Protax, Croytec, Classic coach works and Mobile storage systems to be available to talk to you about products, training, upgrades, general advise and most importantly add to a fun time for all.
The Nene Overland premises will close at 4pm on the Saturday allowing customers and staff a break to set up camp and chill until the party kicks off at 7pm!
7pm-Late
There will be a welcome drink available between 7 and 8pm, there after it will be an ‘Aussie’ style B.Y.O, bring your own ‘Grog’ (booze!) so make sure you pull into at least one ‘Offie’ Off License en route to Manor Farm so you can party on down till the small hours of Sunday morning! Hopefully you will be able to find the right tent!
Music, entertainment, silly games etc and a hog roast will be laid on. Fancy dress is compulsory campers, off roaders and expeditioners will come dressed accordingly! Others might follow a jungle bashing tiger chasing theme, Pith helmet and elephant gun in hand! No doubt if all make great efforts it will add to an even better night had by all!
After Sunday breakfast all will amble over to Tixover Quarry for some off roading. More fun and games and surprises are in store! Watch this space. The day will draw to a close at 4pm on Sunday.
Families are encouraged for the whole weekend including the evening party, but younger children should be managed accordingly at the Saturday evening party.
Hopefully all will have had a great weekend with the Nene team!

All will break from Nene Overland and head for the Dingo camp site to chill and make camp for the night. |

Welcome drinks will be served at the Expeditioners and Overlanders
BBQ Balls Up. Opportunity for a fun night by all. |
Sunday 29th June
Off-Roading activities at Tixover Quarry
10.30am Head to the Dingo Dessert at Tixover quarry near Duddington (off A47) open for off-roading and extreme rides from the Nene team until 4.00pm when all will head for the hills! After surprises in store!
