Nene Overland is an independent motor company offering a whole range of services for the discerning motoring enthusiast from routine servicing and restorations to fully bespoke custom builds including tuning and performance, audio installations and valeting for road going vehicles through to full overland expedition preparation for those planning to drive way off the tarmac.

We have a location in Ailsworth, Peterborough, where Land Rovers, Range Rovers, Jeeps, Toyotas and Ford Rangers are the mainstay of Nene Overland’s forecourt offerings but we don’t only specialise in 4×4 and off-road utility vehicles. If it’s got an engine we’ll stock it. We offer a complete package including servicing, modifications, re-trimming and performance tuning so if you don’t see what you want we can probably build it for you!

How we handle your data whilst following GDPR. 

We follow these statements:

  • It is amongst our human rights to have our data protected.
  • We have a duty of care to the people within our customer database.
  • We will only collect your data when we feel it is necessary. 
  • We will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information.

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list.

Unsubscribing: You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic (approximately one per month) newsletter-style emails from us. If you unsubscribe you will not receive any further marketing communication from us via email. You may however receive notifications via text if you are a customer of our service department, if you wish to not receive these please contact us.

How we store your personal information: If you submit a comment to a listing or blog post published on this website some personal information will be stored within this website’s database. This is currently the only occasion where personal data will be stored on this website. This data is currently stored in an identifiable fashion; a limitation of the content management system that this website is build on (WordPress). In the near future we aim to change the storage of this data.

Customer information: If you purchased a vehicle from us which has been serviced or MOT’d by Nene Overland, or have brought your vehicle to have a service carried out here – your contact number, name and vehicle registration will be stored within our third party CRM programme which is provided to us by Gemini Systems Ltd following their privacy policy.

Your information will be stored and you will only receive communication by the service department to inform you of your next MOT or service. This is purely for convenience from our service department and you are able to opt out of this by emailing hannah@neneoverland.co.uk with your mobile number stating that you wish to opt out of service text reminders or you can notify us at any time over the phone or when you book a service initially.
